Platinum Service

This type of survey summarises the findings of a visual snagging inspection of the property, following relevant structural warranty provider standards and UK Building Regulations. It will cover any raised issues of the inspection on both the internal and external aspects of the property, including any outbuildings and garden areas within its boundary. It will also include a thermal imaging scan and aerial drone inspection, using our specialist equipment.
 
This survey is our most comprehensive inspection undertaken and is to establish defects relevant to the developers warranty period.

Gold Service

This type of survey summarises the findings of a visual snagging inspection of the property, following relevant structural warranty provider standards and UK Building Regulations. It will cover any raised issues of the inspection on both the internal and external aspects of the property, including any outbuildings and garden areas within its boundary. It will also include a thermal imaging scan and aerial drone inspection, using our specialist equipment, although does not include cosmetic issues.
 
This type of survey is to establish defects relevant to the developers warranty period.

Pre-Completion Service

This type of survey summarises the findings of a non-intrusive inspection, following the NHQB Pre–Completion Inspection and the RPSA New Build Inspection & Reporting Standards.
 
Pre–completion surveys are to only inspect the fundamentals externally and internally, but no use of specialist equipment or referral to Building Regulations is permitted.

De-Snag Service

A de-snag service is offered to customers who have already had a snagging survey completed with us, but would like us to return and check all the defects have been completed, and meet the required Building Warranty provider standards and Building Control regulations.

*Please note this service is only available to new customers booking a Platinum or Gold Inspection or existing customers who have previously purchased an inspection with Snag Wise or Hawkeye Snagging.

  • Full Re-inspection to check all defects have been rectified to the required warranty and building control standards.
  • Professional PDF Report
