Our job is to identify potential issues and report any snagging defects with your home that require remedial action by your new home building developer.
An experienced building professional will survey your home, record all identified defects and provide a detailed electronic survey report once complete via email.
Our reports consist of detailed descriptions and photographic evidence for each logged defect to prevent any discrepancies or issues occurring with your builder. They also include thermal imaging & drone roof surveys.
All of our completed survey reports are quality checked and sent via email directly to both our customers and the building developer.
