We can also provide a thermal imaging service with our surveys*. We like to provide this service as we believe that this is imperative when snagging any new build property. This is because of the benefits that thermal imaging can provide as it is perfect for identifying cold bridging, insulation voids, poor installation or faulty window/door sets and is key in ensuring that the heating system is running efficiently.

 Other important aspects of the home are also checked during our surveys which include plumbing and electrics, insulation, safety compliance and much more.  We like to leave all of our clients after any survey, feeling confident in what has been covered, what has been logged with sufficient evidence, and we will be sure to leave no stone unturned.
